What this book teaches-Perseverance

My review of the book:

This story teaches children to speak up. This teaches children that your voice matters and can make a difference. Amanda is upset at the way that her coach is dividing who plays first on her baseball team and it happens over and over again. Finally, Amanda speaks up and gives suggestions because she is continuously being played last and as they are running out of time, she never actually gets to play. Her frustrations lead to her speaking up and she is pleasantly surprised that her coach takes her advice.
