My friend Meg picked up this recipe at the Trader Joe’s sample station. It’s delicious and a great way to get the people in your household to try brussel sprouts!


brussel sprouts, butter, dried cranberries, salt and Trader Joe’s sweet and spicy pecans.

Directions: Chop up brussel sprouts and saute in butter. Throw in a handful of dried cranberries and pecans. I smashed the pecans with the back of a spoon. Saute for a good 10 minutes and sprinkle a dash of salt on top. Done!
