I am starting a new tradition with my girls. It’s called Daughter’s Day! It’s a day that they get to decide what THEY want to do (I bet my 7 month old’s request will be an easy one to fulfill. Let her crawl around all day and she is a happy girl!). Why do we have Mother’s Day and Father’s Day but there isn’t a “Kid’s Day”? I read the idea for Daughter’s Day in a magazine awhile back and am super excited to try it out. It’s going to be one week from Mother’s Day. I will be sure to let you know how it goes!

I must take a moment to acknowledge how VERY lucky I am to have not one, but three loving mothers.
