I just finished The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.
In a nutshell, Gretchen decided to take on a different resolution each month that she believed would enhance her life, therefore making her happier than the month before. I am excited to try this in 2012. I think making one resoution for the entire year is boring! Following is a list of Gretchen’s monthly resolutions. Check out her blog here. Here’s what she offers every week on her blog:
Every Wednesday, I post a list of tips about how to be happier; every Friday, I propose a resolution for your happiness project; every Sunday, I post a quotation to get you thinking more deeply about happiness. Throughout the week, I write about my adventures as I work to be happier.
You can also get a copy of her book. It’s a quick read and gets you thinking about ways you can make minor changes in your own life to bring in more happiness!
